BOOKING CONDITIONS

The tickets are not transferable – Travellers wishing to cancel
their tickets are entitled to a full reimbursement, provided they
return the tickets at least 24 hours before departure – Travellers
who are not present at the departure are not entitled to any
reimbursement and can’t use the tickets for other departures – Lake
Como A’ La Carte s.r.l. reserves the right to change or cancel a tour;
in this case travellers are entitled to the full refund of the amount
paid – In case travellers can’t go to an excursion as ill, the full
amount will be refunded if a doctor certificate is shown – Children
up to 2 years, free – from 2 to 12 years of age, half price
(Law n.1084 27/12/1977 of ratification and execution of the
international convention concerning travel contracts (CCV), signed
in Bruxelles 23/04370)
